I have paid medical insurance premium in respect of health of my family (Self, Spouse & Children) and also paid health insurance premium for my parents health, can i claim both the deductions?

Yes, you can claim both the amount of premium paid on health insurance under section 80D, up to the extent of Rs. 25,000 in respect of you and your family or to the extent of Rs. 50,000 in respect of your parents if they have senior citizen is allowed under Income tax act. This amount of deduction is allowed w.e.f. 01.04.2018 on wards.
