I have two houses on my own name, first in which my family resides and another for my own residence. whether any tax implication charged?

Yes, under "Income from house property" only one house will be considered as self residence, it will be considered as Nil.  In another case of the other residential house, fair rent will have to be treated as your income and will be taxed accordingly.​​
