I have taken a loan from my employer for pursuing higher studies of my daughter, can I take interest exemption under section 80E of Income Tax Act?

No, You can't claim interest benefit under section 80E because the loan was taken from your employer. Interest paid on loan taken from banks or financial institutions are covered under section 80E of Income tax act.
