I have total income of Rs.4.50 lakh during the financial year 2017-18. I have not filed my income tax return till 12.10.2018, whether i can file a return after the due date?

The due date to file ITR is 31st August 2018, if you have not file your return within the time as prescribed or your income is below to Rs. 5.00 lakh. You have to pay Rs. 1,000 up to 31.12.2018 thereafter it will be 5,000.
