I have estimated tax liability of Rs. 15,000 for the year and TDS deducted by others is Rs. 8,000. Whether i have to deposit advance tax or not?

No, you are liable to deposit advance tax if your estimated tax liability exceeds Rs. 10,000 after subtract TDS amount.
